A jeweller counts carats. We count stems. Every CARAT composition is built by hand to an exact count, and that count is printed on the card that travels with it — so the thing you send is measured the way a stone is measured.

Three hundred white Playa Blanca roses and nothing else, in a white box with our mark in gold. The hardest thing we make — one wrong head shows against the white, so every rose is turned by hand. For the arrival, the apology and the yes.
Red roses only, placed one by one into a burgundy velvet box with a silk ribbon and our mark in gold. For anniversaries, and for the moments you have stopped negotiating with yourself.
Pictured: three. Blush garden roses, hydrangea and white phalaenopsis, packed until the dome reads as one surface. The softest thing we make, and the one most often sent without an occasion at all.
Hydrangea and nothing else — cream, true blue and soft lilac, in a cream box with silk ribbons. The one to send when the occasion is good news: a birth, a house, a promotion.
We do not sell these vases one by one. We dress the whole room — eighteen large compositions, delivered and set in place while they are out.

Every composition is made to order in Clearwater on the morning it travels. Nothing is kept in stock, because nothing would survive the wait.
